Do you allow try-ons?Yes, we offer free try-on appointments and they are encouraged as we are not responsible if the dress you have booked does not fit. You can book here

Does the hire price include cleaning fees?Yes, all cleaning fees are included in the hire price, unless extra cleaning is needed due to stains or marks on the garment, the renter will be charged accordingly. Do not attempt to wash the garment.

Where are you located?We are located in North Beach, Perth. The full address is provided once you have booked a try on appointment or booked a garment. Please check your junk mail if you cannot find it, or DM us on instagram x

How do I book an outfit?Book via our website. If having trouble, send us a DM on Instagram @rosesarered_rentals . Bookings are only secured once the hire fee is paid. Otherwise book a try on and pay at your appointment! For bookings in person at a try-on, bank transfer or cash is accepted. We cannot hold garments without payment. Booking a try-on does not book an outfit therefore check it is available prior to booking your try on.

When do I return my outfit?Outfits are to be returned to by Monday 11am for weekend hires. For weekday hires, they must be returned the following day. Please contact us if these drop off times do not suit you. If the garment is being rented interstate, it is to be signed and posted OVER THE COUNTER at the post office by 12pm Monday. There is a late fee of $15 accumulated per day, so please return on time.

Can I cancel my booking?Bookings can be cancelled. However, the payment is final and there is no refund.

I've damaged the item. What should I do?Please contact us immediately to discuss how to proceed. Avoid cleaning or fixing the garment yourself. Additional costs may be required. Please refer to the T&Cs here.
