payment, returns & try-ons- WA
Try ons:
​
Try ons are strictly 30 minutes in duration. Make sure you are on time. If you are going to be a few minutes late, please message us.
​
Adult guests are welcome. Max 4, including yourself. If you require more than 30 minutes please book 2 back to back appointments.
​
Try-on appointments are limited, therefore a cancellation or no show is extremely inconvenient. 12 hours notice must be made prior to your cancellation. If a cancellation is made less than 12 hours before your appointment or there is a no-show, a cancellation fee of $15 will be charged. You will be contacted and this must be made via bank transfer.
Payment:

There is no bond required. To book and secure an outfit, full payment must be made. This is non-refundable. Therefore, we recommend booking a try on or knowing your size requirements prior to booking an outfit. Booking a try-on appointment does not secure your garment for your desired date.
​
Payment can be made via Credit/debit cards for prepaid bookings and cash/bank transfer for last-minute bookings where the client has attended a try on.

Returns:
​
WEEKEND HIRES (Friday-Sunday): Outfits are to be returned to the drop box in North Beach by 11am Monday following the rental period.
​
WEEKDAY HIRES (Monday-Thursday): For weekday bookings, the garment is to be returned to the drop box in North Beach by 8pm the following day.
​
Late fees will apply if the Garment is not returned by the Rental Return Due Date. A fee of $15 per day will apply until the Garment is returned. If the garment is returned late and as a result future hires with other customers are cancelled, you will be liable for any financial loss caused.
The fee will be directly taken from the bank card you payed for the hire with, or via transfer if payed in cash/direct bank transfer.​

The Garment is deemed a non-return after 20 days and the Client will be charged 100% of the RRP.

cancellations
Clients may cancel bookings at any time. In doing so the borrower agrees to forfeit the hire fee. No refunds will be given.
​
A booking will only be eligible for a credit note if an event has been cancelled due to a COVID-19 lockdown. The booking will only be eligible for a credit if RRR is notified of a cancelled booking prior to postage or collection. This credit will last for 3 months from the date of the booking of the garment.
cleaning
All items are to be returned unwashed, the cleaning is included in the hire price.
If an item has been stained, you acknowledge that you WILL NOT attempt to clean the garment in any way. Please make Rose aware of the stains/damages.
If an item needs dry cleaning, Rose will arrange it once the garment is returned and the fee of the service must be paid by the hirer, in addition to the hire fee.
damages
All garments must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Please make sure you are happy with the condition prior to payment.

The hirer is responsible for the garment for the duration of the hire period, therefore you are completely accountable if the item is damaged or lost while in your possession.
​
You must not alter or change the garments in any way.
If the garment is returned with minor damages, the hirer must pay the repair costs to Rose, in addition to rental fees.
If the garment is damaged beyond repair, the hirer must pay replacement costs of the full RRP to Rose within the 7 days when the item was due to be returned. This is in addition to rental fees.
The degree of damage will be determined by Rose.
postage & returns- interstate
RRR will not provide any refund for items that do not arrive in time due to AUS post delays. A credit note to the value of the Price (minus postage) will be provided. This is valid for 3 months. The garment must be posted back the same day it is received for a credit to be valid. It is the Clients responsibility to accept the potential risk of postage delays.

The Garment is to be posted by 12pm on Monday immediately following the negotiated Rental Period.
​
Express post bags are to be lodged at the Australia Post Post Office with the Client’s signature on the front. The receipt of lodgement must be provided to RRR. Under no circumstances is it acceptable to place the bag in an Australia Post Box.
​
The Garment must be returned in the packaging provided by RRR, using the pre-paid postage package provided by us.
​
Late fees will apply if the Garment is not lodged at the post office by the Rental Return Due Date. A fee of $15 per day will apply until the Garment is returned. The late fee applies if proof of lodgement is not provided before 12pm on Monday.

If you fail to follow the postal instructions and the garment does not arrive back by the weekend then you are liable to cover any costs lost by RRR
